Below are a few research opportunities the Department of Biological Sciences has heard about. Students are encouraged to work with the Career Center to find additional opportunities and resources.
REU stands for research experiences for undergraduates. These experiences are usually away from UMBC and financial assistance is generally available. Application deadlines for Summer 2021 REUs are usually between the end of January and the first week of March.
