Neuroscience part-time/full-time research assistant position

Job description for graduate/undergraduate student:

Part-time or full-time research assistant position available for Fall 2022.

The student will be working on spiking neural network modeling. Experience in scripting languages (i.e., Python/Julia/Matlab) and interest in neuroscience are highly encouraged to apply. A student with one of the following expertise is required:

1. Python and Matlab.

Student outcome: Students will have the opportunity to publish in the related top-tier journals/conferences. A possible future research opportunity as a Masters/Ph.D. student in the UMBC VLSI-SOC group is contingent on the available funding/opening.

Expected Hours: 10-to-20 hours per week.
