What Can You Be With a Ph.D.? Interest Poll
Are you a UMBC Ph.D. candidate or post-doctoral fellow who is considering a non-academic career upon completion of your studies (e.g., biopharmaceutical industry, government)? Are you actively looking for a job now or will be looking for one within a year?
If you answered yes to these questions, we are seeking your input on a possible program designed to help prepare you to enter the job market! The program would be tailored to help you in the following ways:
- introducing you to career options
- teaching you effective ways of finding and applying to jobs in the Maryland region
- building your professional network
- connecting you to local employers
Please take a few minutes to answer this survey HERE by Friday, May 13, 2022.
